“binakoe”

“Binakoe”is one of our favorite dish in some part of Aklan most specially in the Libacao area.This “binakoe” is a native chicken marinated in pepper,onions,garlic,ginger,laurel leaves ,tanglad, and salt and being cook inside the cutted bamboo .
