Pinakbet or pakbet is a popular vegetable dish in the Philippines which originated in Ilocos Region,the word Pinakbet is derived from the Ilocano word Pinakbbet meaning “shrunk”…so for the viggie lovers out there, try this one out, it’s the best version of the Filipino Ratatouille. The basic vegetables used in this dish include eggplant, tomato, ginger, okra, atring beans, parda and winged beans.

Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome made with egg, hard cheese, nestle cream, and pepper.

This recipe is not fixed to a specific type of hard cheese or pasta. The cheese is usually Pecorino Romano,spaghetti is the usual pasta,but fettuccine ,regatoni,linguine,or bucatini is also used.

So, here are the ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped bacon

1 tbsp chopped garlic

2 packs Nestle All Purpose cream

(250ml)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup water

2 pcs. Egg

300g spaghetti, cooked al dente
